The short version
This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no third-party trackers, and does not sell or share personal data. If analytics are enabled they are cookieless and aggregate. The only personal data we deliberately collect is what you type into a form.
What the website collects
- Contact form: your name, email, organisation, indicative budget, areas of interest and message. Used solely to respond to your enquiry.
- Insights subscription: your email address, used solely to send occasional writing. One-click unsubscribe on every send.
- Theme preference: stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it.
- Server logs: standard request logs held by our hosting provider for security and reliability, retained on their schedule.
Fateemah, the assistant
Fateemah, the assistant on this site, answers from published material only. What you type is sent to Anthropic's API to generate a reply, and to our own mail infrastructure if you ask us to follow something up. It is not used to train any model, and we do not attach it to an advertising profile. Do not put confidential or personal information into it — if a question needs those details, use the contact form or write to us directly.
Fateemah is instructed never to name a client, quote a price, or commit us to anything. It is a way to read the site faster, not a party to any agreement.
Analytics
If analytics are enabled on this site, they are cookieless and record aggregate page views and referrers only. No cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers, no profile is built about you, and no data is sold. You can block the script and the site works identically.
Where your data goes
Form submissions are delivered through mail infrastructure we operate ourselves rather than a third-party marketing platform. We do not upload enquiry data to advertising networks or CRM products that resell it.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Subscription emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Ask us to delete either and we will, without requiring a reason.
Client project data
Personal data held inside systems we build for clients is controlled by that client, not by us. During delivery we act on their instructions, access production only for defined windows through named individual accounts, and retain no copy after handover. Data minimisation and agreed retention periods are enforced in code, not policy alone.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to us holding it. Write to the contact address on this site and a person will answer.
