A public platform and a full records system behind it, covering five distinct staff and student roles on one data model.
Two connected products: the institute's public site with an editorial CMS, and the records system behind it. Registrar, finance, lecturer, administrator and student portals each get purpose-built tooling — enrolment, fee tracking, grade capture, signed document generation, OCR intake and exportable reporting. Recently migrated off a hosted backend onto self-managed infrastructure for cost control and data residency.
